No. When you visit a VSP network doctor, there are no claim forms to submit. If you choose to see an out-of-network provider, you may incur higher out of pocket costs and will have to submit a claim form and include any itemized receipts.

I have had my VSP vision insurance for years. I always get almost every option on my lenses and always stay with flexon frames. This year my cost was $560, without VSP the cost would have been $1550.
